Authentic Presence

Chiron Revelations is teaming up with Lisa Rees from LTR Leadership to help people learn how they can become more authentically present and emotionally aware in their daily lives. We'd love to have you join us to engage in a variety of horse-human activities that can help you improve how to stay focused and present, and how to leverage the power of your emotions. 

This workshop will take you on a journey of experimentation and exploration. With the horses as your guide, we suspect you may experience at least one or more of the following:

• Deeper connections within yourself and with others
• Raised self-awareness in how you show up to others
• Improved well-being
• A pathway for building trust in yourself and in others
• Awakened unknown perspectives
• Growth through reflective practices that strengthen learning
• Laughter, joy, and fun!

Your day will consist of meeting and greeting each other and the horses, interactive equine activities that will challenge you in ways you never thought possible, debriefings of activities that are intended to shed light on your experiences, and of course, food, snacks, and beverages.
